Our 40 Night Sleep Trial

Step 1 – It all starts when your new mattress is delivered.

Step 2 – Please make sure you use a mattress protector.

Step 3 – If you are not happy after 14 nights and before 40 please contact us to exchange.

We will be in touch once your new mattress is ready with us or our appointed carriers. The exchange will happen simultaneously with the delivery of your new mattress (don’t worry we won’t leave you with nothing to sleep on).

• Only available on mattresses – all other products including clearance are excluded.
• Only available on the following sizes: 90x190cm – 120x190cm – 135x190cm – 150x200cm – 180x200cm – 180x200cm Z&L.
• A mattress protector must be purchased and used with the mattress (If there is not a free mattress protector with your order then you will need to purchase one).
• You have a maximum of 40 nights from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to exchange and what you would like to exchange for. This can not be done earlier than 14 nights from delivery.
• We will request photos of the mattress to make sure it is in a new like condition before a request to exchange is granted. Please note if the mattress is in an unsanitary condition then we reserve the right to refuse your exchange request.
• If you decide to exchange there will be a charge of £75.00 for the collection and re-delivery.
• You are limited to one use of the Sleep Trial per order.
• If the mattress you choose to exchange to is cheaper then you will not be refunded. If the new mattress is more expensive you will be required to pay the difference.
• Excluded brands from the Sleep Trial – Allerton, MLILY, Breasley, SleepSoul, Relyon Rolled Up Mattresses, Dunlopillo Rolled Up Mattresses & JayBe.
• Only applicable to orders delivered to mainland UK. Ireland, Isle Of Wight & Scottish Highlands excluded.
