The Pillow Top Classic features a plush pillow top with sustainable, breathable fibres. Handcrafted with layers of Solotex™, up to two fleeces of wool traceable to British farms and certified to the Responsible Wool Standard, whilst the Adaptiv™ comfort springs flex to your body movements. This pillow sits atop a deep layer of Himalayan allo, kapok and cotton to provide a sumptuous feel.
This mattress features a ReActivePro™ 6-turn pocket springs that independently senses your shape and weight distribution and provides Triple Edge Protection™ enabling use of the whole surface area of the mattress.
The woven Hypnos signature sleep cover on the mattress is infused with a treatment derived from natural extracts to meet fire retardancy standards.

A high quality divan base offers an important foundation for your mattress, and can effect its feel performance and longevity. This elegant piece of furniture, is handcrafted from FSC® timber and then upholstered.
Hypnos offers both sprung or platform top divans – platform top divans provide a highly supportive base for a firmer feel, whilst a sprung base works in harmony with the mattress to provide a more medium feel.
Divan bed bases are typically made up of two supportive bases, held securely together with a bracket. Deep divan bed bases can provide valuable storage to suit the needs of the bedroom. Our Hideaway™ and Super Storage™ bases are platform-top bases which offer a sensible solution to make the most of the space under your mattress.
Just like a deep base, a shallow divan features either a sprung or platform top base and it achieves a light simple style when complemented by elegant leg choices.
- DEEP DIVAN BASE
Choose a traditional deep divan base with chrome castors as standard. A deep divan can also include practical hidden storage.
- SHALLOW DIVAN BASE
A modern ‘floating’ shallow divan base has longer ‘stand-out’ legs, providing a contemporary ‘bedstead’ appearance.
- PLATFORM TOP DIVAN BASE
For a firmer feel, we recommend the solid top divan base, which has no pocket springs.
- FIRM EDGE DIVAN BASE
For extra comfort and support right up to the edge of the bed, with springs covering the sleeping area, but with a timber outer edge.
